
I have a serious problem. I have a gym crush & don't know what to do about it. I'm a really outgoing person. I could have been voted "most likely to make friends in a back alley or a ballroom dance floor." However, when it comes to this 6'4 hunk of pure crush, I freeze up with a serious case of shyness. Oh, goddess, what is a girl to do? It's not like I'm at a bar where I could easily approach & chat. The gym is a weird place to flirt. We've said hello a few times & he checks me out...I think, but I've gotten myself in such a state that I can't carry on a conversation with him.

As with any crush, the Goddess within you would remind you that you are encountering an aspect of yourself that is absolutely delicious, sexy, exciting and inspiring. Your sense of confidence around this 6'4' hunk of man will be greatly improved when you 'embody him'. In other words, you would not even recognize him were there not a resonance between your two souls, a reflection in the mirror, a soul stirring to reacquaint yourself with perhaps a lost or forgotten aspect of your own inner male (or, hunk, as it were).
While you are spinning on the cycle or going for the burn on your treadmill, practice working out the fact that he is you and that all his gorgeousness is within you.

- Take a few deep breaths.
- Imagine that you are standing in front of him face-to-face, body-to-body, looking deeply into each other's eyes.
- Go for the burn as you feel the heat, the chemistry, and the euphoria of being in such close proximity to such a desirable aspect of yourself.
- As you continue to breathe, imagine that you are moving closer and closer toward one another, until soon you begin to notice that your breathing in rhythm together, and you even notice that your hearts are beating in the same rhythm.
- As you get closer, and your hands touch, imagine that he merges into you, that his body becomes contained within the power, strength, and vastness of your own being.
- If this inner workout has you feeling a bit light headed or even disoriented, just imagine that as you breathe, you are becoming more and more comfortable with this newly reunited aspect of yourself; you are even becoming comfortable and at home with the strength, power, sexiness, aliveness, and power that you are now embodying.
- Now that you are feeling the comfort and the confidence of embodying this wonderful man, notice that when you think of him, you will begin to feel more yourself, more confident, more at ease. It doesn't mean that you won't feel excited and lit up around him, but you will no longer feel scared (another word for shy).

And on a mundane level you have nothing to lose (except for perhaps a few unwanted pounds and inches) and everything to gain (except a few pounds and inches). And you can take heart in knowing that no matter how this relationship works out, your gym crush will get you to the gym more regularly than you would normally go, and with all the excess adrenaline that pulses through your veins in combination with your Kundalini energy on the rise, you will get a fantastic workout while you are working out your feelings for him.
